Traditional Irish pubs have long been a cornerstone of our communities, and we’re proud to bring that spirit to The Fork & Wheel. Brian Ryan is a seasoned general manager with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences. Originally from Cobh, Cork, Brian has spent over two decades in the food and beverage industry, holding leadership positions in establishments ranging from bustling cafés to upscale restaurants.

Throughout his career, Brian has consistently demonstrated a knack for fostering a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. He thrives on the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, where each day presents a fresh opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and create memories that linger long after the final bite.

Prior to joining The Fork & Wheel, Brian spearheaded operations at renowned establishments like The Viaduct Restaurant & Bar, The White House and Electric, leaving an indelible mark on the culinary landscape of Cork.
