Terms and Conditions Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased are valid for a period of five years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against food and beverages at our restaurant. Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be presented in physical or digital form at the time of redemption. If the full value is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will be available for future use where our system allows. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with special promotions, discounts, or set menus unless otherwise stated. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. In the event of permanent closure, vouchers may no longer be redeemable. Any attempt to alter, resell, or duplicate a voucher will render it void.
